Regulatory Compliance & Disclosures

POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act): Any personal information you provide is processed solely for payment verification purposes in accordance with POPIA (Act 4 of 2013). Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for unsolicited marketing.

FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act): All banking accounts are FICA-verified in compliance with Act 38 of 2001. Our business accounts undergo routine Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) audits as required by South African banking regulations.

Fraud Prevention Notice: ASI Technologies will never request payment to personal accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or e-wallet platforms. All legitimate payments are made exclusively to the verified Capitec Business accounts listed on this page. If you are directed to pay into any other account, do not proceed and report it to fraud@asitechnologies.co.za immediately.

Consumer Protection Act (CPA): In accordance with Act 68 of 2008, all clients receive a clear service description before payment, a formal invoice upon payment, and a documented engagement scope. No hidden fees, no undisclosed charges.

Payment Verification SLA: All bank payments are verified within 30 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 SAST). Payments received outside of business hours are verified by 09:00 the following business day. Confirmation is sent via WhatsApp and email.

Refund Policy: Refunds for services not yet rendered are processed within 7 business days to the original payment account. For partially rendered services, a pro-rata calculation applies. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@asitechnologies.co.za.
