4. Third-Party Services & Operators

We do not sell your data. We only share personal information with vetted third-party operators who assist us in providing our services. These include:

• Google Workspace: Used for our email infrastructure and appointment scheduling (Google Calendar integration). Data entered into our booking forms is processed by Google under strict enterprise privacy agreements.
• Ozow: Our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
• Vercel & Analytics Providers: Used to host our digital infrastructure and measure website performance.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website operates on an opt-in consent model. On your first visit, our Cookie Consent Banner offers two equally prominent choices: Accept All or Essentials Only. No analytics runs, and no analytics cookies are set, unless and until you choose Accept All.

• Essential Storage: Required for site security and your settings — your theme preference (asi-theme) and your consent choice itself (asi-consent) are stored locally in your browser. These involve no tracking and are never transmitted to third parties.
• Analytics Cookies (opt-in only): If you choose Accept All, we load Google Analytics 4 (cookies prefixed _ga) with IP anonymisation to understand which pages help visitors most. If you choose Essentials Only, these cookies are never set.

Withdrawing consent (Section 11(3) POPIA): click Cookie Preferences at the bottom of any page and choose Essentials Only. Analytics stops immediately and existing Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent — one click, any time, no questions.

We implement robust, engineering-grade security measures (including encryption, access controls, and regular audits) to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, or accessed in an unauthorized way.
