1. General Engagements

By engaging with ASI Technologies (PTY) LTD, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All service scopes will be finalized via explicit documentation post-consultation.

2. Bookings and Payments

Payments for consultations and initial service tiers are handled via our PCI-compliant gateway. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise during the service delivery agreement phase.

3. Intellectual Property

All software architectures, documentation, and consulting insights delivered by ASI Technologies remain the intellectual property of the company until fully transferred and paid for under a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Liability

ASI Technologies provides engineering-grade solutions but is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our infrastructure or advisory services.
