Are the POPIA and Cybersecurity workshops certified?
Yes, we provide certificates of completion for participants which serve as compliance proof during regulatory assessments to show that actionable effort is placed towards data enablement.
Can you run training sessions remotely or on-site?
We offer both. Intensive compliance workshops are typically most effective when run on-site with your leadership or HR teams. Digital skills can be successfully delivered via Teams. We accommodate your operational needs.
Do you provide post-training follow-up testing (eg. Phishing simulations)?
Yes. Our Applied Cybersecurity program includes options for ongoing managed phishing simulations over a 6 to 12-month period to maintain vigilance.
Who actually owns the code and platform after development?
Depends on the platform, and we're upfront about the trade-off either way. For custom builds, you get 100% intellectual property ownership — the source code, the database architecture, and direct access to the hosting environments. It's a permanent corporate asset, not a monthly liability. If your project specifically calls for WordPress or Shopify — for their plugin ecosystems, or payments and logistics — we build and customise that for you too, and you still own the build: hosting, content, and customer data, with no agency lock-in. What we won't do is quietly hand you a generic Wix or Squarespace template and call it a business asset.
