The Real Problem
Your email is the keys to everything — and it's usually the weakest link.
Most small businesses run on a personal Gmail or a half-configured Workspace that nobody hardened. It looks fine until an account is spoofed, a mailbox is lost, or you realise you don't actually control it.
It looks unprofessional
A @gmail.com address quietly costs you trust with the clients you most want to win.
Nobody secured it
No two-step verification, no email authentication, no backup — one phished password opens the whole business.
You became the IT admin
Adding staff, resetting passwords, chasing settings — time you should be spending on the actual work.
Choose Your Level
From a clean setup to Workspace as your operating system.

Straight Advice
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
We recommend by fit, not preference. Here's the honest split — most South African SMEs are a great fit for Workspace, which we set up and manage end-to-end today. If Microsoft is genuinely better for you, we'll say so.
Choose Google Workspace if…
- Your team works mostly in the browser and on mobile
- You want effortless real-time collaboration in one document
- Gmail, Google Meet and Docs already suit how you work
- You value simplicity and low admin overhead
- You want quick onboarding and predictable per-user cost
Lean to Microsoft 365 if…
- You depend on full desktop Excel, Word or PowerPoint
- You're standardised on Windows and Microsoft Teams
- You need deep device management (Intune) & compliance
- You already run a Microsoft estate (Azure AD, Exchange)
- Industry software requires the Office desktop apps

Common Questions
Good to know.
Isn't Google already backing up our data?
No — Google keeps the service running, but recovering your data is your responsibility. Deleted mail, a ransomware event, or a departing employee's files aren't something Google restores for you. That's why proper third-party backup is part of our managed plan, not an afterthought.
Are Google Workspace e-signatures legally valid in South Africa?
Yes — standard electronic signatures are recognised for most business agreements under ECTA, captured with an audit trail. A small set of documents need an advanced electronic signature or wet ink; we flag those so you stay compliant.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — which should we use?
We recommend by fit, not preference. Workspace suits teams that live in the browser and want fast, simple collaboration, excellent Meet and Docs, and low admin overhead. If your needs point to Microsoft, we'll say so honestly.
Do we own our email and data — and can we leave?
Completely. Your domain, mailboxes, files and admin accounts are in your name. We set it up and manage it, but you're never locked in or dependent on us to keep access.
Can you record and track our meetings?
Yes — Meet recordings, transcripts and shared notes, configured in line with consent and POPIA so everyone knows when a meeting is recorded. See our Security Health Check to gauge where you stand overall.
